Ardotech completes automation upgrade of power tool battery production line
Dongguan Alude Technology has completed the automation upgrade of its power tool battery production line, increasing cell monthly capacity to 2000 units and implementing full-process data tracking for consistency testing.
Dongguan Ardu Technology Co., Ltd. recently completed an automation upgrade of its power tool battery production line, adding fully automated spot welding, capacity grading, and aging test stations. Monthly cell capacity has increased to 2000.
The upgraded production line introduces in-line inspection for welding consistency, internal resistance matching, and capacity sorting. Production data for every battery pack is fully traceable, providing a stable quality foundation for bulk deliveries to OEM/ODM customers.
